Variant 1
A UHF reader is directly integrated in the Datafox KYO Inloc. The controller including the reader is connected to the UHF antenna via an antenna cable. The access point (door, barrier, etc.) is also connected directly to the controller. Depending on the environmental conditions and the antenna used, this system variant is suitable for application situations in which a reading range of up to 5 meters is sufficient.
Variant 2
The Datafox KYO Inloc (or any other Datafox terminal or any Datafox IPC) is connected to access points and one CX Controller UHF per access point. In star wiring, a maximum of three controllers can be connected per KYO Inloc. The UHF antenna is only connected to the CX Controller. Depending on the environmental conditions and the antenna used, this system variant is suitable for application situations where a reading range of up to 10 meters is required.
Variant 3
Variant 3 also offers a very high reading range of up to 10 meters. Here, the CX AVI Reader is used, which already has the UHF antenna integrated. In this system, too, up to three CX AVI devices can be connected to the Datafox KYO Inloc, a Datafox terminal or IPC in star wiring.
