Datafox Mobil-Box V4 has been specially developed for data collection from vehicles and mobile machines. Based on the Datafox embedded system and equipped with the latest technology, various data for billing and optimization can be collected quickly, accurately and promptly and transferred to the evaluation software. A key function here is location recording via GPS.

This enables the control of fleets and the monitoring of objects. Equally important are the digital inputs for the tachometer signals for keeping an electronic logbook.

The embedded concept with its scalability and parameterizability ensures that functions such as working time recording, access control as well as analog measured value recording, e.g. for maintaining the cold chain, are also available. Areas of application are e.g. delivery vans, trucks, service vehicles, containers or construction machinery. The device can be integrated into any IT solution using setup and communication tools from Datafox.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING & COMMUNICATION

Communication DLL
Direct communication between device and application software is possible via DLL. This is therefore the best type of connection for software manufacturers (OEMs). The communication via DLL is bidirectional and can be done online as well as offline.

HTTP
In this mode, the terminal sends the data records directly to a web server. Datafox provides you with a PHP sample script for data receipt and acknowledgement. See product DVD.

Datafox-Talk
Interface program for data exchange via files or database. This solution is ideal for end customers or dealers who want to connect Datafox products to e.g. ERP, ... .
